See, I was thinking. And I wanted to do something with either sprites or emotes. And I got this little idea in my head. And at the time, it seemed utterly amusing. 57 frames and 37 layers later, it seems utterly fucking retarded. But I kinda still giggle a little. So it's ok.
My like.. first ever -real- try at an emote. Honest and helpful critique much appreciated. (I know the ending sequence looks weird, but I hate it when animations just restart without any kind of transition through the loops.)
Details: -Frames: 57 -Layers: 37 -Time taken: GOD F*&@ KNOWS. -Made in: Home grown in Photoshop CS2 -References used: The DA April fools icon for the base colours for teh Mudkip.

Have you ever stood still and listened to the sounds of silence?
I knew it! As sure as I didn't ask it would have been an accident, but no, I have to point it out and it's been done on purpose hahaha. Totally missed it on the April Fools day thingy. I really like the fact that it morphs both ways. Still makes me

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
